All Of our products have a 30 day trial money back guarantee from the time the item arrives to your home or business. If by any chance you are not satisfied by any of our products, just send them back in the same condition as they were when they were ship to you, for a refund or an exchange. Shipping return charges are not included in this policy and it is up to the buyer to cover these costs. On the event that an item is damage or the wrong item was ship to you, charges will be cover by this policy.

All item above $700 will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% if order is cancelled or item is return. This return Policy does not cover any custom made orders, therefore one's a custom order is place there will not return or cancellations.

 

Furniture warranty :

We have a extended one year warranty on all of our furniture products, which covers all wood, leather, cowhide and alpaca fur (only as furniture application) parts. This warranty does not cover any spills, tears or cracks do to improper cleaning and use, neglect, abuse, alteration or extended exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
