1. Q: what is the difference between baby alpaca and adult alpaca?
A: The difference between baby and adult alpaca, as their names implie, is that one comes form baby alpaca and the other from full gorn alpaca. Baby alpaca is much softer, mainly for the reason, that baby alpacas have never been sheered before; therefore its pelt is softer and thinner. On the other hand, adult alpaca have gone through the sheereding process many times, therefore, the pelt is much thicker, nevertheless their fur is still very soft and warmth. Also, they are prefer by alpaca rugs handcrafters since they are easier to work on. Baby alpacas are more expensive not only because of the much softer feel but also, because of the scarceness of them.
2. Q: What payment methods do you accept?

3. Q : How do I care about my alpaca rugs and bedspreads?
A: Alpaca rugs are easy to maintain. For dusting off, just shake or vacuum thoroughly. For stains, try absorbing most of the liquid with a dry cloth or sponge, then with a waterless cleaning solution try to clean the satin. If the spill persists try using a light solution of detergent and water, rub over spot trying not to get the skin wet, repeat until spots disappears.
4. Q : What are your shipping policies?
